Prior to a loan being funded, customers will be contacted by way of a GreenSight Funds representative to talk about repayment dates and a payment schedule.
Payment reminders are sent via email a few days before the payment is due to notify the consumer and also to ensure the consumer has available funds. If the client finds they are unable to make the payment, extension fees can be found at $5. 00 per day up to a maximum of six (6) days. Standard fees will be doubled if the payment is extended beyond the sixth (6th) day for customers on a bi-weekly or bi-monthly pay frequency. Standard fees is going to be halved for payments extended for seven (7) days and doubled past seven (7) days.
*Please note: Failure to notify GreenSight Funds about lack of available funds at least 24 hours in front of you payment due date, will result in a non-payment (default) and will incur a $25. 00 Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee charged back.
