| Upon approval and customer acceptance of a loan, a payment plan is arranged by both customer and GreenSight Funds. If the client struggles to make their scheduled payment, they have been encouraged to cover whenever you can on their pay date.
GreenSight Funds does permit Renewals or ‘Rollovers’ but we usually do not encourage this practice.
Our goal would be to help bridge the gap until the next payday without high priced bank fees. If you feel that you need to renew that loan, our renewal process is easy and hassle-free. GreenSight Funds doesn't automatically renew loans. The consumer must request renewal written down or even a telephone request.
Please be advised, all payment change requests should be submitted no later than noon one business day prior to the original due date. Renewal fees vary from $20 to $30 per $100 loaned. The renewal process permits us to move the deadline of the loan to the next established pay date. We also offer a lower plan which encourages our customer to pay for down 10% or maybe more of principle loan amount on their due date.
Clients can request a fresh loan by submitting a fresh application on our website when the previous loan is paid completely. Nevertheless , we require 3 day waiting period before a new loan exists.

Clients is likely to be notified via email and a telephone call if the payment is returned to us for non-payment.
